Liberty released their first single Who Is She back in 1992 and were described by Radio One as "one of the funkiest bands in the UK". They have continued releasing and recording tracks to date. More recently they fought a High Court name battle and won against the band now called Liberty X and Branson's V2 label. They also won Capital Radio/Coca Cola Band of the Year back in 93.
