About:

mulletshop are a 4-piece female fronted Alternative Rock/Metal band from the North West Kent area whose influences include The Deftones, A Perfect Circle and Queens of the Stone Age.
Formed in mid 2001 by guitarist Dan Lane, drummer Nel Cooper & bassist Andy Turner, they began writing their own material soon after that but didn't really have a clear view of what sort of direction they would be heading in until the line up was completed, about 3 months later, by vocalist Kate Billingham.
Since forming they have gigged extensively around Kent & the London area, played the Dartford Festival and recorded the 'Uncut' E.P for DNA music.
However, in mid 2002 the band parted company with their vocalist Kate and, after a long and painstaking search for a replacement, recruited Tracey Constant as her successor.
With the line up complete, they began an extensive period of writing and recording new material before making a welcome return to the live scene in April 2003.
