BAD BLOOD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. I am commited to BAD BLOOD, and agree to provide my own transport and accommodation at a cost payable to myself and at times and dates agreed between myself and the producer (Kenny Richards) 2. I am happy to offer my services and equipment to BAD BLOOD at my own expense and agree to take an equal share of any profits. 3. Kenny Richards and BAD BLOOD agree in turn, that any financial assistance offer made following this agreement will be made knowledgeable to me. 4. Should Kenny Richards and BAD BLOOD receive funding they agree to cover accommodation and half of my travel expenses. 5. I agree that expenses, if funded, will only be made payable to me upon submitting valid receipts to Kenny Richards and Bad Blood. (so keep all your receipts!) 6. I agree to take active part in any publicity, if requested, throughout my term of engagement on this project. (subject to schedule) 7. I agree to keep good conduct on set and location at all times, and that I will fulfill my duties in a mature and professional manner. 8. I agree to make myself available on the dates I submit with this agreement, (unless Act of God, death or certified injury occurs) for the duration of the production. 9. I agree to be at a location or set for half an hour before the time requested. 10. I understand and agree that the project Bad Blood has , at present, no funding set in place and that Kenny Richards (Bad Blood) is not offering fame, fotune and celebrity status. 11. I agree that any information sent to Kenny Richards and BAD BLOOD is correct and non-fraudulant. 12. I am over 18 and agree to the terms and conditions held within this agreement.
