Music video for unsigned band Hobo Sounds. Track is called "Everybody's Loved a Whore". A humourous look at unrequited love and a girl who knows how to get what she wants from guys, the video will be a stylish and fast moving short film, intercut with footage of the band playing. High Tide Productions are a multimedia company based in Sheffield and Birmingham. They recently launched a WW2 documentary and are planning a short film, this video and are corporate video specialists. The band have teamed up with High Tide to produce a quality video on a shoestring budget. - Auditions dependent on response but will be in Sheffield within next 2 weeks - Non-dialogue movie so right look essential. CVs without photos will not be considered. - Shooting Fri 1st Aug and Sat 2nd with rehearsals a couple of days prior to this - Film IS insured - Full catering and travel covered, accomodation can also be arranged if requested - Copy of CD-Rom and/or VHS/DVD on completion - Expenses only so Yorksire based actors preferred CAST Young Guy– male, 17-21, trendy, average looking Madly in love with Girl but love is unrequited. So blinded is he, he cannot see she is stringing him (and lots of other guys) along with empty promises and no reward for his efforts. Girl- female, 17-21, school beauty but self-conscious about it. The girl at school who all guys want to go out with and most other girls wish they were. Guys fall at her feet and shower her with gifts and attention. She finds it hard to say no to any of them and so strings them all along at once, all the while aware that she really shouldn't. Feels a bit guilty and overwhelmed by it all.
