It is strange that this is back to the top of the pile again...These scams are old news and I'm surprised anyone even bother to read them anymore. Mine just go straight into my deleted items folder. What really get on my tats is spammers who harvest email addresses from web servers and then blast you what seems to be unending pages of everything from from Dog Training Classes (USA) to my personalised horoscope (France)...quick this offer runs out in 4 days...my ****, 4 days later same email again, same "must act quick" encouragement...and this personal reading will cost me pretty close to 400 quid. I may be an actor, but I'm not that stupid. I'm also getting about 10 emails a day now asking me to confirm my bank details all using the same harversted email address. I have some discrete pages on my personal site...no not that sort of discrete, but information relating to some of my side projects. These pages are not accessible via the main page and are not registered with any search engine and an email address is mentioned...this is the email address being used by these spammers and the only way they could have got it would be to have some sort of worm running on the server farm that my site is hosted on scanning averything that is stored there and sending all the email addreses it finds back to the mothership which then sells the data on to the spammers. Spammers should be strung up by their "eggs". Rant over. Regards, ForbesKB
