This is a second casting notice for the following roles in my next movie project: Double Vision. NICK: The lead character who is in love with his friend TOM. He imagines what it is his friend sees when he is in different situations. We follow the characters narration through the story up to the tragic climax. Must be comfortable with playing a gay character and possible male contact. JAMES: A lesser role but very pivotal. In the third chapter we discover he had a fling a while back with lead character NICK. In a drunken slip he tells everyone that he went out with NICK. This leads TOM to discover NICK's sexuality and makes him want to reveal his own sexuality to NICK. Plot Outline: "It makes me stop everytime I see it. There on his bedside table beside a picture of her was the one thing that mad me want Tom more. The thing that gave him mystery. The one thing that nobody but him could touch: His Diary." Have you ever wondered what other people see? And have you ever thought that what they see is not always what you might think? Double Vision is a story of a young gay man, Nicholas who is in love with his best friend, Tom but his imagination gets the better of him constantly preventing Nicholas from telling Tom how he really feels. Double Vision is a film of love, misconceptions, tragedy, secrets and moments. Initial casting is for the four main characters Three males, aged 18-22, to play TOM, NICHOLAS and JAMES. All must be comfortable with playing a gay character. Those wishing to play TOM or NICHOLAS should be comfortable with male contact and partial nudity (no full frontal nudity will be in the movie) The forth character is an 18-22 year old female called KATE. She is TOM's girlfriend. It is a low/no budget movie and payment is not possible. Of course any food/drink etc is on me. Also, some funds will be set aside for help towards travel costs if this is necessary.
