Punchdrunk are looking for male actors to play the lead part in a comedy sci-fi adventure - POD 003. Vernon Bentley, the sole survivor of his destroyed ship is now trapped in a malfuctioning escape pod with no chance of escape. Shooting is planned for December 2005 at a blue screen studio (tbc) in the London area. The actor will be filmed in a purpose built space pod against blue screen for a CG environment to be composited in post production. Filming will be on Digi Beta. Applicants will need to be male, aged 25-35 and have previous experience of film shoots. Punchdrunk have had previous work broadcast on Bravo TV as well being show cased at Glastonbury Festival Film tent and nominated for "Best Newcomer" at last years Rushes SoHo Shorts festival.
