Hi Kerry, I met Brad Shaw (http://www.ukscreen.com/cast/bradsh) in one student film a few years ago and he was the first actor I'd come across who actually got the producers to write a clause in the release form he signed that promised him a copy of the film or scenes from rushes if it was not completed. He wouldn't sign it otherwise. Brad being the business minded guy he is, would have taken legal action if they didn't produce ! So I think this was a good precendent, I have a few credits in my UKScreen list that sadly have never seen themselves appear on tape, DVD or any format so can never be used in showreels. When you agree to play a part in anything for free there should at least be an agreement that is signed that states that you will get a copy of the film regardless of whether it is finished or not. At least then it can be used to add to a showreel. Hope this helps Tony
