I received the same thing, and filled in my details last night. Actually, I only half filled it in, as I abandoned it when I realised that the box for entering your phone number would not take UK numbers. Despite quitting half way through, I still seem to be registered. This morning, I received another email from a different 'talent scout' with exactly the same wording. I also received an email saying that I had a booking (interesting, as I never got to the part where you upload any photographs, or exerience details). The booking was in Toronto, for £8 an hour. I did note that the page where you go to to check your bookings, was heavily pushing a competition that you could enter, etc.
However, this is, of course, just my own experience. They may be legit ;-)
