Actors for LOW PAID - DRAMA SHORT
SHOOTING DATES: July 13th - 21st
Format - Some tape, some 16 mm
Location: London
We are looking for :
1 Asian Female, 25-35, to play DEBO (We are having trouble finding actresses of asian origin to attend. This is a really strong and juicy role.)
I Caucasian Female, 25-35, to play MARIANNE
1 Caucasian Male, 35-45 to play LUKE
1 Male, 45-60, to play TONY THE DRIVER
1 Female, 25-35, tall, impressive physically, to play EVA, non-speaking but powerful part.
Auditions will be held at Dance Attic Studios (London) next weekend. We will send you dates and time etc when you reply.
This is a first call only ( call-backs are next weekend) and if you do want to attend , please reply indicating that you do and a relevant speech will be sent to you. The chosen speeches are from Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams and we would like you to be creative in the interpretation of the characters. A southern accent is not necessarily applicable to you. But the emotions created by Williams' are relevant to everybody.
We will also enclose a synopsis of the script. Only those actors who are re-called will be sent the script.
