Hi Gabrielle, Perhaps the post wouldn't have been misinterpreted and the focus of the event lost so much, if the title hadn't been 'Feature Film Casting'. Perhaps make the nature of the event more explicit in the title rather than trying to get the attention of work-hungry actors by presenting it at first glance as a casting. I must be honest, until I read through the discussion and your responses, from the title and presentation I thought this seemed a bit of a scam. There are so many dodgy folks, scammers and self-promoters on here and around other places who are willing to exploit peoples ambitions and desperation, I feel it is important that people like yourself who appear to have a genuine event and opportunity to promote should be as clear and honest as possible about what is involved.
