CLOSED: Paid presenter for spoof Crimewatch-style corporate video

Thanks to the more than 200 people that applied for this job. We have seen some outstanding showreels and CV's and the selection process has been very difficult.
The client has now shortlisted and all applicants, successful or otherwise, have been notified.
Sorry to those of you that posted your interest here but didn't send me an email. I'm afraid you have slipped through the net.
Just a teensy bit of advice if I may to about half of those that responded (that's over 100 people) : do make sure you read the casting instructions first - and then follow them!
In this case I asked for emails with small attachments or links. In many cases I got attachments of 4 or 5mb and in some cases even more - they were rejected without being opened I'm sorry to say. Others required me to click to Spotlight and enter a PIN number. I had absolutely no issue with that - but my client didn't understand what to do (being a corporate type, not a regular Spotlight user!) and just rejected them. Isn't it the case that you can create a direct link to your Spotlight page? Worth doing!
Those of you that just replied to this posting here at the forum but didn't email me wouldn't have been looked at until now, I'm afraid. I did ask for emails! This obviously doesn't refer to the couple of you that also sent me email. I haven't really been a regular user of UKscreen for a couple of years now, since I got behind the camera full time so I don't log in that often.
Finally, I saw some lovely looking CV's and some horrible ones! The best ones were in pdf format with live URL links. The worst were in Excel format - not because they were poorly set out (I guess) - but because I don't have Excel!
You need to make accessing your CV's idiot proof and effortless for lazy buggers like my client. OK, and me . . .
Sorry to appear to be a pompous twat but I have been at both ends of this process for some years. It's hard work sifting through a large number of applications (if you're doing it properly) and the ones that get to the top of my list are those that make it a one-click job.
