This subject always opens a huge debate the simple message is that too many of us would rather have no pay to get experience and those of us with some experience want paying. The only way to knock this on the head is if everyone was to make a stand and not put up with this. DONT work for nothing you owe yourself and your talent more than this. If everyone made a stand things would change. Join Equity in there fight against this, there hands are tied if we dont. I have worked for nothing but only on projects that I believe would enhance my portfolio or career but i dont like it one little bit, if you want quality actor then find a budget and pay for it. Tammy
