Dear All, I told you this would open a big can of worms. Having read this debate and noticing the tone of it become a slanging match from a young amateur. We all have to remember we are all batting for the same side here, in an ideal world we all want recognition and to be paid etc it shouldn't be the case of them and us situation. film makers should were ever possible find funding, have a budget make people take your film seriously dont deny yourself the right to be paid for your talent and think then of your cast and crew, we want and need paying for our talent. we need fim makers and you need actors. we have chose to act for a LIVING being the word of choice here, so actors everywhere get paid for the work you do and if you want to work for nothing make sure it is because you have chose it and not the other way round.
