Their claim that they make no deducion from your FEE needs to be seen in the context of the definitions in their formal terms and conditions. According to those, Your "gross earnigs" are what you derive from any given assignment through the agency. You "fee" is what is left AFTER THEY HAVE DEDUCTED THEIR ONE THIRD COMMISSION. Using such definitions it follows that there would be no deductions from the fee AS DEFINED because that amount is by definition net of the commission already deductied from your "earnings" before you get there.
