Hello Joe, I think that you have been mis-informed about the way The Spotlight works (and I'm certainly not a member). The Spotlight will only advertise your work via a cv database which allows casting directors or production houses to view your cv online - it does NOT find work for you, that is between YOU and your AGENT. If, however, you have the knowledge or know of someone who can create a web design with your cv details, then it could work-out cheaper than a monthly or annually subsciption to The Spotlight. As an entertainer in the profession, you are not under any pressure to join The Spotlight.
