Hi Karl Yes couldn't agree with you more. The thing is these cowboy agency’s are very clever the in the way they lie and cheat people. And that’s wrong. We do try and inform people of the pitfalls as well as pressure the Employment Agency standards part of the revamped dti now called Berr. They have not prosecution against any agency for the taking up front fees under false pretences. Even when this practice is rife in the industry, and even when presented with overwhelming evidence.
