Not-for-profit childrens film needing help Part 2

Part 2
(should have posted this first really, oh well)
.
Sorry to stress the point but this is a non-profit project so I’m really looking for anyone that would be prepared to loan the kit at no cost. Of course I would arrange collection and delivery and personally pay for any damage. I would be more than happy to leave a sensible deposit in lieu of safe return. The period I need the kit is from Sunday 10th August to Saturday 16th August (the workshop takes place between 11th and 15th and filming will start on the 12th). The venue we are using is secure and has electric locking shutters. Things like mics/cameras etc would of course be taken home each day.
If you have kit but would only be prepared to lend it if you can supervise its use then I would be especially keen to hear from you! At the moment I’m doing almost everything except the choreography, catering and chaperoning and any help would be readily accepted. Again, though, I have to stress that this would be a luxury for the project and we can’t pay anything other than reasonable expenses. Also, because children are involved, we have to be very careful during the week. We have two registered chaperones on board, as well as at least one teacher. However, anyone wanting to get involved MUST be aware that they should never put themselves in the position of being alone in any part of the venue with any child or children. They must also be constantly aware of the potentially sensitive nature of ANY physical contact with the children. Swearing? Out. Smoking and drinking at the venue? Out. When they’ve gone home? Knock yourself out. I will be.
Doesn’t sound too inviting does it? No, I know. But if anyone out there can help, or knows someone who can, I’d be delighted to hear from you. All my contact details are on my UKscreen page or call me on 01252 664997.
Thanks for reading this far (long, wasn’t it!).
Ian . . .
