Writer-Director looking for an enthusiastic, creative, entrepreneurial producer partner[s]/ collaborator[s] to help develop a feature short fantasy film aimed at the festival circuit. I have written seven other scripts but I now plan to develop my latest script so that I can break into the film industry. That's where you come in, with your help we can turn this film into a great low-budget short film which is totally original and is bound to get us and everyone involved noticed. I plan to shoot in East Anglia at Thetford Forest in late spring/summer. The budget for the film has already been worked out, so it is all ready to go, I just need the money to buy the things for the film to be made. I don't expect an enormous budget but anything you can get will help. The film will take place entirely in the forest only features a few characters so we should be able to do it on the cheap. Ideally you have produced a few short films or even a Feature and have a bit of life experience, but that's not essential, I am open to all applicants. Mainly I'm looking for anyone who has a burning desire to be a Producer and who can help me get a budget so we can bring this script alive on screen. The bigger the budget I get the better the film is going to be. So if you think you're up for the job contact me and I will send you the script so you can decide if you want to get involved. Let me know a bit about you and how you think you can help with the film. I'm afraid there's no salary at present but if we get a big enough budget then I can pay you and I'm also willing to split the profits if the short film ever gets distributed, which I'm hoping it will. Even though there is no salary, I still don't think you should dismiss this opportunity until you've looked at the script and who knows, we could work together again on another film as I have plenty of other ideas. If you are a fan of the Lord of the Rings movies, this will be the perfect project for you to get involved in. Thanks for reading this ad and I hope to hear from you soon. Christian Wingate.
