Mediam Productions seeks to fill a few production roles in preparation for an intercontinental thriller, An Eye for a Tooth. Principal photography is scheduled for July 2004. The drama tells the story of Efkan, Charlotte and their young son, Harry, who share a comfortable existence in London. The peace of this idyll is shattered when a telephone call from Efkan’s native Turkey brings a dark secret from his past bursting into deadly light. An Eye for a Tooth, while a self-contained narrative, will serve as the pilot for a feature film. This is a self-financed, low-budget production. Crew and Cast will have agreed expenses covered and receive a VHS or DVD copy of the finished film. The production will be catered. This production marks the directorial debut of veteran editor and post production supervisor, Murat Kebir.
