Blue Night, Red Dawn is a low-budget 'Lord of the Rings' style fantasy short film about a tragic love story between two elves who after finally being reunited, have to fight for their lives when they are attacked by a group of undead soldiers in the middle of the forest. We are currently in the middle of funding, but the film is now fully storyboarded. Also we have an award winning Designer, an established Stunt Coordinator, a talented cast and an experienced Director of Photography. We are now at the stage where we are crewing for our film so we can start planning who's going to be involved and what they'll be doing. The most important role I need to fill now is the Director. We need someone who has vision, who has style, who knows how to get the best out of their cast and crew and the scenes that they are shooting. The person chosen to be our Director will be stepping into a fantastic project with it's potential ever increasing. Ideally those applying will have some experience in films, TV, music videos and such, as they will be taking over a project which will hopefully go onto to be turned into a film. This will be a great short film which everyone involved will enjoy making and will be proud of.

I'm afraid there's no salary at present but if we get a big enough budget then I can pay you and I'm also willing to split the profits if or when the short film ever gets distributed or picked up to be turned into a movie. Even though there is no salary, I still don't think you should dismiss this opportunity until you've looked at the script and who knows, we could work together again.
