I have seen your posting and would like to put myself forward. Not only am I an experienced sound recordist but a keen motorcyclist. Most of my location kit can be carried on my CBR1100 XX Super blackbird so not only can I provide you with the experience this type of shooting requires I’m also the fastest recordist you will find (quite literally).
