Have you suffered the same thing? I've received continuous e-mails from people interested in gaining some experience and working in my projects and once you contact them with a project you don't receive any reply. It just happened to me with an editor (also member of UK Screen, so probaby Simon is going to see this post) contacting me after seeing my details in the BBC very keen to work in anything. I contacted him and... nothing. At least it's good, it shows you the professional level he is offering. [
