Another possibility is if you are perhaps a small prodco who would like to make the flm, in return for a share, obviously, should - between us - we sell it. Sorry, no newcomers - we'll only get one crack at this (no pun intended) and we want people with a definite track record. And since regular visits will be need during the project (a nice spot 1.5 hrs from Glasgow) then you'll probably need to be based in Central Scotland. We can probably arrange a runner, catering, script, narration and other bits.
