Mind Over Matter Productions is looking for a runner/driver with their own transport to join the crew for their latest short drama ‘Lebensraum’, shooting between 12th-14th January in North London.
Ideally the runner/driver will be able to work the day before and after the shoot too, so availability between 11th-15th would be perfect. No experience is necessary for the role, just a keen desire to be part of a creative team and an enthusiastic attitude. Please do not apply unless you have your own transport.
Although we are unable to provide a fee for this position, travel expenses will be provided, as will full catering on set and a copy of the finished DVD.
‘Lebensraum’ is the latest offering from Mind Over Matter Productions, who have recently completed the fifteen minute short drama ‘Congratulations’, currently being sent out to festivals worldwide, and ‘Fury’s Wrath’, a short produced for the Quick Flicks World festival that will bopw0le screened internationally as part of their showcase.

‘Lebensraum’ Synopsis
A story about space, possessions and obsessions. Marie, a fun loving but self-centred
policewoman is living with Daniel, a neurotic plumber and collector. They plan to move from their cramped flat and buy a house together, which Daniel sees as an ideal time to get married but Marie is unsure if she wants to make this commitment. When the tension of this unresolved issue results in an argument, Marie moves out. Daniel’s obsession with collecting increases and the likelihood of any reunion are made more unlikely. As boxes of objects fill the flat Daniel and Marie need to decide if they have space in their lives for each other.
