Nick Bigtower is currently in pre-production of his first feature film sci-fi thriller "Unknown yet". The first short-movies was made with no funding or support and I managed to film 45 minutes short at the weekends and it took 3 months to film. Trailers of my two shorts has been featured in Youtube, Myspace, Livevideo and other various online websites and most recently I was featured in the Italian Local TV (December 2007). New project will start filming in London on April all going well and we will film every weekend or some midweek days untill we complete filming about 15/20 minutes. I will provide food and where possible, travel. You will get your travelling expenses back once the project (in London Unit) is complete as long as you provide receipts (max. 20UKP per weekend). I need enthusiastic, creative, friendly and hardworking people to help me produce this first sci-fi thriller movie and who will join will be part of production team. I am looking for people based in London. This is a Profit-Share project, that means all crew members will be "Producers" and so they will get 1pct net income. At this moment three Premieres are schedulated for this movie: one in UK and two in Italy. I need the following crew members to join our team: Camera Operator with own equipment - you must have film experience and a show-reel to send me or examples of your work that I can see. You will work closely with the director when planning the shots and you will have input into how the movie will be shot. If you have lighting equipment this would be a PLUS. Lighting Operator/DOP - I am looking for someone who uses their environment to help light the scene appropriately. Location Manager - we're looking for someone who can scout locations for us and who is experienced and confident to get us the locations we need. Production Assistant - competent and confident production assistants (who can drive with their own car would be beneficial) to help us with meeting actors, crew members, filming behind the scenes material and working closely with the director and producer. Boomer Operator with own equipment - you must have film experience and a mp3 to send me or examples of your work that I can listen to.
