Hi Amanda I am just writing to you regarding your post for a make-up assistant on ukscreen. I am extremely interested in assisting you however due to other commitments i am only available to work the 27th (thursday). However, i have been in contact with my freelance partner and good friend who would love the opportunity to assist you on the 26th (wednesday), to cover both days. We currently work together for Givenchy makeup in Selfridges, and also as a freelance partnership specialising in 'special occasion' makeup with a view to go sole freelance in the future. We really want to gain as much experience as possible within all different areas of the industry to achieve this. My partner Camilla has recently moved to London to pursue her make-up career and gain as much experience as possible. She has worked at London Fashion Week this year for Givenchy, demonstrating make-up and providing 'touch-ups', and as well as many years working for different make-up houses, has freelance experience in particular bridal and special occasion make-up. She is eager, as am i, to learn new techniques and develop existing skills alongside an experienced make-up artist. This would be a great opportunity for us both.
