I am looking for a special effects designer to collaborate with me on a short film. The special effects needed will be things like satellites in space, lights beams and fire. I am looking for somebody preferably based in the North West, I am based in Wigan Lancashire, so somebody local would be great. The film is a low budget short shot on DVC Pr HD, using Panasonic P2.
