I am sure I am bitter and twisted but it seems to me you suffer from the same thing as me. An urge to do commercial film. I looked at your site!. Nothing has changed since the old arts council days yet they are promoting themselves as supporters of a growing 'INDUSTRY' I am about the only one in this region making feature films and they refuse me on grounds that my policy did not scrore extra points. I have been in this business 15 years and never before here or in the USA have I had to fulfill such a policy. They are boasting that they have all this money and use the term to promote commercial film. what I have determined is what this actually means. It is to promote the regions to overseas film makers while appeasing their figures spending penny's on dozens of shorts. This means plenty of trips to Cannes and to Santa Monica. ..great job and they intend to keep it secure. I would urge all commercial film makers to boycot this sham. Oooh I am vext
