It's informal; a drink, a schmooze, a chance to network with everyone involved in the filmmaking process, from script to edit – writers, make-up, producers, actors – everyone is here! Find out if there's a project you can get involved with, or get others to help with yours. People come along for a while, get to know others, then get involved with projects which they make a "connection" with. This method has worked well for 3 years and has led to several projects being developed and produced. Many members have produced and directed short films & written scripts up to feature length.
At 9pm we split into 3 groups, Writers / Docs / Shorts. At 10pm everyone mixes again, to meet more people. Just come along, everything falls into place after a short while. There's a few things in the pipeline, so if you're looking to get involved in a project, now's the time to get involved!!!

Dear fellow film makers, I am looking for a Production Assistant to help me run auditions. The job requires covering the entry-phone and greeting the auditionees. We already have one PA, but it would be easier on them if we had a second PA to share the work.
Audition 1 - Monday 14th July from 6.45 until 8.00.
Call back Audition - Sunday 20th July from 9.45 until 6.00. Either for the whole day or half the day.
The audition venues are in Central London, 5 minutes from Holborn Underground.
If we both like/get on with each other I am also looking for a PA for some pre-production and on the shoot itself, 16th to 23rd August in Central London.

LOCATION REQUIRED – Preferably North London: 2 evenings in Early August.
We are looking to use a ground floor house/flat - Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen.
The kitchen must have a back door to garden/yard and preferably a glass panelled kitchen door.
