Tom Radcliffe's Meisner class is absolutely brilliant and has made a huge impact on my acting and career.
Also, arts ed do great courses, Esta Charkham is a wonderful and very experienced teacher who does some classes there.
or actors centre if youre a member of equity.
also the Spotlight is invaluable for advice, it also helps with exposure to be in the book. Plus the contacts book is like the bible in terms of whos who.
If youre beginning beginning then Id recommend the saturday foundation course at the Academy of drama, Doc , who teaches there is very experienced and great to work with plus, its not intimidating at all to walk in there with absolutely no experience. Its cheap too so if it doesnt work out for you then at least you havent spent thousands.
most importantly, talk to other actors, find out whats knocking about, get some short films on your cv, you will have to work unpaid for a while but dont worry, we all do in the beginning.
