Hello, I have had PAL to NTSC done at Stanely Productions on Wardour Street. They do pretty much everything, which is convenient. I have also had editing of a showreel (their editor John is a good guy) done, copy of a DVD made and duplication of VHS tapes done. I have found them quick (most of the time you can kill an hour or two shopping and go back to pick up the goods) and fairly priced. Good luck!
