Helen is right, in my opinion. I used to share a flat with a casting exec for a well known casting director and they only used PCR to brag about the projects they'd won and to see what other people were casting. They never use PCR in anger, so to speak. If they're casting something they use Spotlight and submit to the agents they normally deal with. Most of the low budget stuff you see on pretty much all of the other casting websites. It's not worth subscribing to unless you've got an endless pot of money. If you have then I've got a couple of projects that could do with some funding ;o)
