In one of his other post, Nero mentions that the "derelict house" is actually in Bradford so not only is it shithole, it's a shithole that's bloody miles away from anywhere a working actor needs to be. He's got to be winding us up, surely!! I'll tell you what...I'll give you a grand and take it off your hands. It's got to be worth doing up and selling...even in Bradford!!
