Well, before joining I would want to know exactly what I was committing myself to. If you read the small print really carefully you will see that you may receive text messages at £1 a time. It looks to me as if this is the only way the company makes its money as they do not take a commission on any work you do. This is assuming there is no other charge for appearing on the website. ( So strictly speaking, I wouldn't regard it as an agency). Really the company may not have to do much if you have agreed to receiving text messages at £1 a time except rake in the dosh. What will these messages be? Why do they need to charge you this much? How often will they send them? Ask all this first and then make up your mind. It may all be fine, it may all be yet another scam taking money from hopefuls who will never get any work from them. ...and what do you make of this quotation from the terms and conditons? "Zebra Management has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on the Zebra Management website. " It doesn't cost much for a company to set up a website and there are dozens of them like it on the web. A website does not mean that a company is any good; and if they can't even be sure of the truth or accuracy of the information on said website, what's the point in joining!!
