Temporary flatshare for extended Christmas period

It’s that time of year again – I’m off to do panto soon and would like to offer my vacant room to anyone who would like a nice large room for the Christmas period.
I’m going to be leaving on 2nd December and will be away until at least the 13th January (6 weeks), with a possibility of being away longer. So it would be perfect for someone anyone who needs somewhere temporarily before settling somewhere more permanent or someone who is simply visiting. It doesn’t really matter. Anyway…
The room is quite large, with a double bed and storage space, in a three bed flat with two friendly and down to earth guys. The flat is comfortable and well furnished, including shower, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, TV, digital, video, DVD player (plus a very large film collection), X Box, wireless broadband and free parking. It is situated in Vauxhall on Wandsworth Road, opposite a Sainsbury’s superstore and only 7 mins walk from tube (zone 1&2, Victoria line), bus station and overland rail, with connections from all three to pretty much anywhere in London within 20-30 mins. Also buses from outside the flat run 24hours to Charing Cross, Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, Baker Street, Camden, Victoria and Waterloo.
I would be looking for 85UKP per week all inclusive – I’d be happy to discuss this further.
For more info or to come and see the flat contact Dan on info*AT*danstyles.co.uk
