As part of an ambitious relaunch and expansion of my produciton plans I am seriously looking into the prospects of establishing a new independent TV station, IPTV, Cable, Satellite, and would like to learn from the experience of anyone who's been down that route to avoid any pitfalls. I appreciate the likely costs, and have a couple of accountants looking for preliminary seed funding to continue my researches and find the full-scale funding needed, and I'm not dopey enough to skip into this lightly, so any thoughts tips, guidence will be welcome to further my researches.
