**Performer and Director workshops** ****6 PLACES LEFT****** Room For Pudding Theatre Company once again invites actors and directors to take part in their open workshops. Tailored towards those looking for an opportunity to flex their acting muscles, brush away the performance cobwebs and to meet like-minded performers, Room For Pudding offers either a one off taster session and/or a six week block of workshops intended as an introduction to the ethos and techniques of the company. Taster session runs on Saturday 19th January at £15 ( £12 when mentioning UKSCREEN) from 11am-4pm. Six week block runs every Saturday from 2nd February - 8th March 2008 at a block booking total of £90, (£75 when mentioning UKSCREEN) acting as an extension and more indepth exploration of workshop and rehearsal methods covered in the taster session focusing on Body Awareness, Ensemble Awareness, Text Interrogation, Creativity Through Play, Sincerity in Performance. We are particularly interested in those looking for future long-term collaboration with the company with an interest in practitioners such as Lecoq, Grotowski, Michael Chekhov and Boal.
