Not sure how convenient this would be for you as I am based in Soho, 3 minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus, but I'm pretty sure that I can satisfy your needs having done several voice over jobs here already. I'm Mac based. Run Logic Pro 7.2 and can record sound synched to picture if that is your requirement.
