I am writer with a draft script based on a modern multicultural drama. I have been working on this project for sometime and have developed the synopsis, characters, setting, music and vibe for the parts. Set against the backdrop of the hip-hop scene, the drama focuses on a once renowned DJ about to make his comeback. I am looking for someone who can take the project further. Ideally a scriptwriter who can help me bring it to life, bounce ideas of one another, help re-write the dialogues, improve the structure and bring additional ‘flava’ to the script. I would like to work with someone in the Midlands. Anyone outside the region is also welcome. A general interest in urban music would be an advantage but not vital.
