Martial arts action feature needs fast script rewrite

"Tiffany Woodstock is a junior agent for MI6, frustrated that her father, a senior British diplomat, seems to be holding back her career. But when her parents are brutally slain as a result of a botched mission, Tiffany finds herself out of her depth, and out on her own.
"Working with a small group of friends & allies, she has to go undercover to seek out her family's killers. But at the deeper she gets, the harder it is to know whether she's hunting them, or they're hunting her..."
We have a script, but we want to make major significant changes. We've got a scene-by-scene story breakdown, now we need someone to flesh it out, rewrite the old dialogue to fit the new structure, etc.
Our priorities in choosing a writer will be:
1: SPEED
(cameras roll in 4½ weeks);
2: FEATURE
(someone with a track record of writing feature scripts, rather than just shorts/TV/theatre/print, would be appreciated);
3: ACTION
(this is a fast-paced beat-em-up; we want someone who's good at writing action);
4: FEMALE ROLES
(The central character's a woman — which doesn't necessarily mean we need a female writer, but it does mean we want someone who can make Tiffany sound like more than just a girl doing blokes' lines...)
4: MIDLANDS
(The Director's based in Birmingham; the film's being shot in Nottingham; it'd be nice to have someone within striking distance, if we can).
We're offering a token up-front payment (amount TBC), plus a deferral and profit-share — which, given that the film already has a Hong Kong DVD distribution deal (with a UK deal in progress, and a US deal anticipated in time for completion), should actually count for something :-)
If you're interested please contact me, David Beaumont, at davidbeaumont@rotundafilms.com, with a CV/credits list, and writing samples etc (or links to stuff online), before the weekend!
Thanks.
