ScriptTank is a long-established writer-led organisation. It operates workshops in which complete scripts are read aloud by professional actors.
After reading, the writer and/or producer/director are given feedback and constructive criticism aimed at helping them to redraft and market their work. It's also an ideal opportunity to showcase work to agents and those in
the industry. A variety of scripts are read including those for films (feature or short), TV, theatre and radio. Current members include writers, directors, producers and actors
(and various combinations of these!) working professionally in these fields.
Anyone can attend the readings, but this service is most useful to writers/producers with some experience. To find out more about joining ScriptTank (membership is free) and having your script read, contact David Cottis on 020 7401 9016 or email davidcottis@hotmail.com.
New writers and those working on their first script are encouraged to contact FEEDBACK, the NPA's script reading and assessment service, for constructive written reports on their project."
