About:

I am a versatile actor and martial artist. I am convey comedic and dramatic emoting in a highly convincing manner to the point that somebody who watches in one type of role would be shocked to see me acting in another. My philosophy on acting is that it is not merely just remembering your lines, but getting into character (the method way of getting into the mood of a certain scene and going by gut instinct as to how the scene should be acted out depending of the evolution of the scene in question) and clearly conveying the emotions for the camera. Therefore with the goal of getting into character, much needed emphasis is placed on not forcing the emotion but feeling it, trying to understand what the character is going through and conveying those emotions and conveying them more clearly for the camera. Thus the emphasis is to get into the character's mind, of course it's very important to remember your lines but your performance shouldn't come off as though you are just trying to remember your lines or saying them in a phony manner which sounds like you're reading off cue cards. Play the character as you would speak, dont act as in speaking in a false/obvious acting manner. I do method/naturalistic acting, where the acting comes from getting a genuine feel for the situation and a proper understanding of the characters I'm playing, therefore conjuring up pure emotions rather than fake ones - especially in crying scenes. My other philosophy is don't just talk it, do it (express pure emotions through the face and even using the vocal chords rather than just simply speaking the lines, especially in a false phony matter). Don't pretend, just do. With any part you play, there is a certain amount of yourself in it. There has to be, otherwise it's not acting, it's lying. I am always available for work. I am fairly energetic, enthusiastic, professional, imaginative, innovative, inspirational, confident, dedicated, loyal, trustworthy, intelligent, dependable, diligent and hard-working. I have admirable patience, willpower and stamina to succeed. |

I learned acting when I was in West Yorkshire, I studied at Footsteps Theatre School, St. Anne's Primary School (where I did plays such as Bugsy Malone and Macbeth) and when I was in Holy Family Secondary School (I learned a lot at Drama and English class and did plays such as The King and I and many others) I have learned a lot from a very famous American TV/Chat show called Inside The Actor's Studio which is set in the famous American school of acting: James Lipton's Actor's Studio, it is a chat show where the host is the teacher, the guest is a very famous actor or (actress) and the audience are the students of the school, a lot of advice is given there, I have learned a lot from TV soap dramas, books and films. I did a screen test at BBC television centre with Hollyoaks Actor: Marcus Patrick. I've appeared in a music video (produced by a college I go to - Craven College in Skipton, North Yorkshire) which involved me playing the part of a beggar and a martial artist. Recently, I participated in a small role in a charity-driven zombie film, entitled Red Or Dead, made by my college.
