David graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2003, winning the Musical Theatre Prize. Roles there included Mr Erlanson in `A Little Night Music`, Lord Overcoat in `Jack the Ripper` and Torvald in `A Doll's House`.
Prior to GSA he was a BBC TV news reporter, producer and presenter for three years. David is also an experienced voiceover artist, with commercial and corporate credits to his name.

David's other theatre roles pre-GSA include Tony/Stephen in `Copacabana` at the Nuffield Theatre, Southampton (Nominated Best Actor in a Musical - Southern Daily Echo); Jack in `Into the Woods` (Cannizaro Park, Wimbledon); Billy in 42nd Street (Anvil, Basingstoke) and many others. David toured Switzerland in `The Secret of Sherlock Holmes` to mark the detective's centenary and has also perfomed in cabaret, pantomime and at the Edinburgh Festival.
