Hi I'm Jonathan Hansler, an extremely versatile actor /writer/comic with 23 years acting experience. I have leads in two features out this year, one with Adrian Lukis & June Whitfield , the other co-produced by Terry Jones. The play I co-wrote"Goodbye,the Afterlife Of Cook & Moore" and co-starred in as Peter Cook was seen at Gilded Balloon Edinburgh. i was also Peter Cook at the New End Theatre Hampstead in Pete'N' Me, Lance in Hull Trucks Toast and the Home Secretary in Gala Durhams "Maggies End "an evangelist Pyramid seller in BBC's My Family and Colin Tennant Viscount Glenconnor in C4's The Queen's Sister. I can play it straight but am a superb villain. I excel in the off beat,bang on comic timing,admire McDowell, Sellers, Guinness, Coogan,Cook,Sanders,and was recently a finalist in the Hackney Empire New Act of The Year with my character, The Rev Dick Tate a Southern preacher.I am now part of an acclaimed double act "Teakshow"
