About:  I am a Method trained actress, where a lot of emphasis was placed on finding the right emotion through improvisation and sense memory exercises. We looked at various moods for this such as: frustration, upset and sensuality, depending on the role we were playing, of course, and what we were looking to achieve. I have worked with casting director - Amanda Cantor in a T.V. & Film Workshop, where teaching was done through scriptwork and improvisation;as well as group dynamics. We were also shown how body language coincides with facial expressions and voice tone. My most recent performance was at The Guildhall in The International Contemporary Music Festival, where I was a soloist and I'm currently in Snow White, touring schools in Surrey.
