Although he began his career at the age of 9 on a local NY serial,"Morning Mass", Mills began to refocus on his acting career after graduating from Yale University and studying with the esteemed Simon Cathcart in London. He is best known for his compelling performance in Six Degrees of Separation, but he is forging a presence in film and television as evident by his recent roles in the politically-charged thriller "The Quiet Storm (2004)" and his recurring role on the US show, MONK. In 2002, he was nominated Best Actor by the European Black International Festival. He currently resides in both London and Los Angeles.
