Lauren’s skills include Commedia dell’Arte, storytelling, scripted stand up comedy, Shakespeare, Improvisation, Physical Theatre, acting for camera, devising,contact improvisation and mime. She has excellent vocal skills and a good awareness of her body as a technical instrument. Lauren is an excellent dancer with choreographic experiance, she has devised her own solos for performances and has choreographed group performances. Dancing and physical theatre are her primary passions as she believes everyone should perform with their whole bodies and not just their faces.

Lauren constantly looks for new skills that she can acquire, as she is not interested only in performing but also in stretching her body and mind. Lauren’s other skills include yoga, Pilates, devising, filming, photography, use of video and audio editing computer programs, use of music making software such as Fruityloops, swimming, rollerblading and roller skating. Lauren believes in doing things for yourself which includes building websites, however she is always open to working collaboratively.
