I am a media professional who specialises in artist showreels, corporate video work, filming concerts and short films for the more modest budget.
Realising that not every company / individual can afford many hundreds of pounds to produce a video showreel or corporate video, I decided to offer a service which allows people to have a video product made that does not the Earth! Because I work from home and only hire freelancers ad-hoc this has meant less over-heads, hence prices are lower.
I have completed projects for such clients as Newcastle City Council and CSV, which has involved the whole process from development, the shoot, the edit and finally delivering the content in various formats.
It has become more accepted for an artist, be an actor, director, camera-operator, or even a singer/composer, to use videos to promote themselves. This can be very useful when an agent is looking for a certain kind of artist, or needs re-assurance the artist is up to the job before evening meeting them!
