I trained from an early age with the International Dance Teachers Association in Latin American, Modern, Ballroom, Jazz and Disco dancing: in Tap with Helens School of Dance; in Modern Ballet with The Meadowcroft School of Dance both based in Barrow; and in Stage Jazz with LUDAS Dance Agency, Lancaster. I was nominated for a Northern Electric & Gas Arts Individual Award in 1999. In 2000 I helped to form a new dance school called 'Footloose' and was Choreographer and Principle Dancer for The Churches of Furness' productions of Hopes & Dreams - A New Musical for a New Millennium and Hopes & Glory in 2001. NODA 2002 Best Choreography Award for 42nd STREET. |

Performance - - - I have appeared as Vincent in Stephen Sondheims Follies, Andy Lee in 42nd Street (1995 & 2001), Perkins & Custus in Crazy For You, King Simon of Lagree in The King & I, and in Oliver, The King & I and Fiddler on the Roof; As a dancer in Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, The Pyjama Game, Carousel, The Furness Mystery Plays in the presence of HRH Prince Edward. As Curly in the dream ballet in Oklahoma. In Cinderella, Mother Goose, Aladdin, Babes in the Wood and David Marcus - 25 Years Celebration (Pumpkin Productions) which included scenes from 42nd Street, Les Miserables, Chess, Man of La Mancha, Jesus Christ Superstar and Me & My Girl.
